Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

I went through so many pages but didn't get any answer. My apologies if this has been answered before.
I bought two iPhone 11 at two different locations. One Costco printed return label another one didn't. I called Tmobile customer service they sent me label but one which was printed by Costco has PA address where the other one sent by Tmobile customer service has Texas address.
Please help! Any one else has same situation.... what did you do????

You know there is a reason they use dates, right?
They want you to buy NOW, not later. They may or may not extend and will not be telling anyone if they have plans to extend. And even if they knew, they can change their mind.
