Most of the questions asked here are either in the promotion posting, or are just stupid. Read before posting.
The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

EDIT: just called 877-311-8853 and they claimed that they emailed me an exception but I can't find that email. Anyway, like you it was a downgrade from $36 to $31 and I verbally gave the OK which will allow the trade-in credit to go through which will in turn allow the Costco rebate to process. Woo hoo.
Correction- I do see credit right away. $31.00
I am now suspecting when they send virtual card, it may get lost too as I never got email or text for this adjustment. Guys please post when you receive your rebate in next 3 weeks or so.

One of T&C on T mob page says , you need to deactivate the device before sending it .
So wondering what does that mean in case of a Boost device ?
I was able to get a new label from Costco. New label shows new RMA#. My previous trade in device had a different RMA#. Is this normal ? Should I submit my rebate again ?
