2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

It has been more than a week since they have received my trade-in devices, but I am still getting "If you placed an order recently, please allow up to 48 hours for our systems to be updated with your order information. Please come back to check your order status." Still no credit yet for my trade-in, I remember it was quick last time.

I have a TMO ONE Plan. It has 2 lines for $100, and I did add a third line for free promo last BF.
Is is better to:
Add 2 more lines to the ONE Plan to get the rebate.... and then cancel the two lines after a couple months? (Will I loose the free line promo?)
or
Setup a brand new account with 2 lines, and then cancel the new account after rebate?
