2. How to Redeem Your Offer

The document tells you which items will be accepted for trade. You can NOT do a IP6, or SE, or Samsung, etc.
It really does not matter how much they give you for the trade. The total rebate you will get will total $580.
Yes, this promotion is for people adding T-Mobile new lines. Duh! Think!
Simple math tells you that trading in an XS or XR is probably not going to make sense in most cases. So, if then don't. Duh!
Nobody has asked yet, but yes the phone must be paid for. And yes it must work. And yes it must not be broken. Duh!
And yes, you must have a Costco card to pay for the phone.

My friend bought the iphone from Costco trade in Iphone 8+ now he wants to change the trade in phone to Iphone 7... Will we be able to change the paperwork to another trade in phone from costco/tmobile/membershpwireless? Really appreciate your help

What are the next steps in the process?
I am supposed to get a text within about 2 weeks saying the phone was accepted (ie I will get the expected trade in value)
6-8 weeks get the text with the gift card info.
Is there anything else to it? I want to know that the gift card is coming for the full amount.
Should I just put my old line on the esim and keep new line on the physical sim since that's the IMEI on the rebate? Has anyone done this?
After all I think it was a good deal! Now I'm still getting used with the iphone and the greedy ass apple. iCloud storage bS. Just backed my pics to Google photos and the rest is managing and getting used to the iOS.
I shipped out old phones today and did the online rebate form too. I will post again when t-mobile receives my old 6Ssssss

We purchased two iphone 11 on 11/4, one iphone 11 on 11/6,
submitted rebates online on 11/13,
shipped trade-in 3 iphones on 11/18,
3 iphones were received on 11/21.
Mine were all denied and I will call next week to see why they list the following reasons:
