Here's a review [rtings.com]

Seems like a decent TV, but there are 2 major marketing obfuscations. Motion Rate 120 means 60 hz with motion smoothing, so if you hate the soap opera effect this is a wash. The second is UHD dimming, this is not the same as local dimming, but the TV still has great contrast and pretty decent black levels for a back-lit panel.
