I went with the 18mm blue and found that I had $25 in surprise points in my account. The CB is nice as well, especially since the prices of Craftsman tools have dropped like a rock. You can also use the points to buy paddles & balls for your new table.

The 25cm table is 300Lbs and will require a pickup truck. I saw someone try to move it in a Honda Oddessy and they ended up having to tie it to the roof. My opinion is that if you don't mind opening up the box and taking all the pieces up, it will fit in an empty minivan. The table surface is 5 feet x 4.5 feet x ~20 inches (flat against each other). You can measure your truck/SUV and do the math...
No. They fold up, turning into a wheeled structure of ~6' high, and 5' width and about 3-4' thick.
Something to keep in mind - If you don't have access to a truck and strong friends, $70 sounds like a good deal, but confirm that they will actually take the 200-300Lbs (depending on which one you pick) box INSIDE your home to the room you want. The delivery guys may want an extra $20 to take it past your front door...
I brought the 25cm table previously, and needed a pickup truck and a strong friend to get it in my basement. I was able to build it ~30-60 minutes by myself with some fixture. Definitely easier with someone to help. Fairly easy to put together with basic hand tools. Quality of the table top is professional grade, which means you need to be very delicate. I.e. don't step on it, and don't put your beverage (coke can, water bottle) on it. It will leave a ring! Also, cleaning is delicate. Light dusting using microfiber cloth with water (no need for soap) to get rid of ball marks and sweat stains.
Before anyone ask: These are NOT outdoor tables. They will warp and crack if you do leave them in the elements.

Is 15 good as a starter set?

I read somewhere 25mm should be minimum if you want to get serious.

Must be 25mm at least if you are a serious player.
"Members get $100 CASHBACK in points total in 4 installments when you spend $100+ at Sears. 1st set issued next day, then after previous installment expires. Pts valid for 14 days. Max 1 per day. "
This. I have this table from the last time it was about this price. It's a Great table for anyone that's not at or near pro level. Just a warning, It doesn't come apart into 2 pieces once assembled in case you want to move it. With that said, I would buy it again, no questions asked.

I purchased the JOOLA WORLD CUP DX30 (30mm) Table Tennis 2-Piece Table (Blue). It has free delivery to room of choice.
