PLEASE STOP REPLYING TO A TWO YEAR OLD POST WONDERING WHY YOU CAN NOT FIND THIS SPECIFIC CARD/DEAL ANYMORE.

Chase Slate is only 15 months but 0% balance transfer fee.
The slate itself sucks as a card to actually use for anything other than the BT, but if you're mainly concerned about the BT, and the 3 extra months won't kill you, it saves you 3% of however much you're transferring over this... plus once you're done with the BT you can product change it into a genuinely useful card like a Freedom or something.

Can't you have a few cards and use the appropriate one? Saybthus one daily and a better alternative if traveling or making a specific purchase?
I think I will get more cash back overall by going with the DC card. Was there any benefits that the Dividend card had that the DC card doesn't?
I'm also considering getting a Visa card to use at Costco, but the rewards on the Costco Citi card can only be cashed in once a year, and only at Costco. I might go with the Chase Unlimited Freedom, unless there's something better?
You can cash the Costco rewards fot cash though. Just making sure you understand that. Not required to spend the reward in store. Now if the nearest Costco is far away that may not be ideal.
Ukely a lot would do it then still file bankruptcy due to covid lockdowns, etc. Thst is coming in some degree or another
Of course I loved it, but it never made any sense to me. Perhaps you are right, maybe a lot of people do get stuck with 15 percent interest and can't refinance it for less. That would be quite profitable for them.
The Citi 2% I use to pay for everything. Cell phone, electric bill, eating out, anything that'll take a card and not on Amazon. I've gotten... quick check.... over $2k rewards from it. Keeping up with categories becomes a chore and I'm likely going to drop the Discover after some more homework tonight.

Synchrony is great for using paypal credit for 24 months at 0% on eBay. I'll take the deal all day even if though I can drop cash down on the purchase today.
Always consider when you apply for a new cc the bank runs a hard check on your credit which will lower your credit score for 2 years before it drops off. So is it worth lowering your credit score for 2 years to get a balance transfer with a new credit card?
Also, i believe pen fed has a 2% cashback card with $100 sign-up bonus, very easy to qualify as a pen fed member.
This citi card is on my short list
Discover it (3% fee on xfers, 0% apr for 14 months xfers and purchases, dollar for dollar annual rewards match, good rewards program)
US BANK visa platinum has 20 months 0% APR
Citi diamond preferred 18 months 0% apr on purchases and xfers
