PLEASE STOP REPLYING TO A TWO YEAR OLD POST WONDERING WHY YOU CAN NOT FIND THIS SPECIFIC CARD/DEAL ANYMORE.

Chase Slate is only 15 months but 0% balance transfer fee.
The slate itself sucks as a card to actually use for anything other than the BT, but if you're mainly concerned about the BT, and the 3 extra months won't kill you, it saves you 3% of however much you're transferring over this... plus once you're done with the BT you can product change it into a genuinely useful card like a Freedom or something.

I don't know if the redemption value stayed the same, you can look that up. My concern is cash is universal and Citipoints I have to redeem for dumb gift cards or overpriced merchandise. I still have $250 Apple gift cards that I redeemed from old Citipoints account and I haven't found any deal on the Apple site worth using them on.

And yet here you are making accusations regarding something you admittedly don't even understand. The redemption value is the same - you can get cash back just the same, and the same amount.
And no, you don't have to redeem them for gift cards.
Might want to find out the facts in the future before posting.
Devaluing the points is the second step.

Who carries a balance?
Wouldn't all that interest negate any card bonuses then? Seems counter productive to aim for cash back while carrying a balance.
