I kind of wish all gyms would have a lunk alarm like planet fitness does.
I have been noticing all this slamming of weights getting out of hand. Great way to mess up the gym equipment.
I've seen dumbells cracked on the handle since they have been dropped.
Or just join planet fitness?

They are $250 a pair at Dicks. Yesterday Dicks had 20% off. For 552s the discount was not showing up in cart due to an error but rep adjusted the price to $200. I picked up a pair.

How does one purchase for these prices. Found 2 near me but dont understand how to get it for this price? Anyone help
Use the link the op posted. Find a specific location that has it for your preferred price. Just go there and buy it like you're expecting full price. It will discount down automatically.

No. Use the link the op posted. Find a specific location that has it for your preferred price. Just go there and buy it like you're expecting full price. It will discount down automatically. You can't buy online and do in store pickup. Ymmv of course but that just complicates it.

Any way a return/rebuy would work on these? This price is ridiculous.

My biggest gripe w/ PF is the lack of proper freeweights. No squat rack. And deadlifts are EXTREMELY frowned upon. My friend still goes to PF for the cardio and she told me they took away the bench presses as well.

I own a pair and these are excellent and high quality. Only thing is you CANNOT drop or slam them.
If you have to drop or slam your weights you might be lifting to much. Control movements

With the max at 50lbs, you shouldn't be dropping or slamming anything at that weight.
