The short have a mechanical advantage, muscle should show up easier on the short limbed.

But yes genetics has something to do with everything.

Checked at my store tonight as I was there for something else anyway. They had the dumbbells, stand, and bench in stock. Strangely though only the bench and stand were marked down to $59. The dumbbells were at $138. I even took the box over to a store scanner and double checked. Guess I'll just keep checking the BS link to see when they mark down the dumbbells.

How about a brickseek link to the actual dumbbells?.... all I see is the stand and a bench. the ad is for the weights so how about a link for them?

Their awful staff is exactly why I dont shop there. Its like shopping at a government office. That and Id rather pay a dollar more per item than wait 20 minutes in line to pay. If they wanted my money, they shouldnt make it so hard to pay them. That said, deals like this always have me agonizing over whether I should go deal with their crap employees and customers straight out of the movie Idiocracy.
