This seems like a pretty good deal but if you already have a wet/dry shop vac, probably not necessary. I'm on the fence for that reason, but it certainly would be convenient for car cleaning.

Agreed. It struggled to clean my finger meant and blood after sticking my hand in a table saw blade. Still finding blood 4 months later.

I also have a ShopVac but I prefer using my Dyson Animal because of the stronger suction.
If the car's carper is dirty, I lightly vacuum, saturate with all-purpose cleaner or carpet cleaner, then pressure wash. No scrubbing needed Smilie
