i just logged into chase pay with my biz account and i only see a button to "learn about chase pay"
I used it on 2-Dec, but no credit so far. Also, I can no longer see the offer when I login to my Chase account - it has disappeared. Called Chase and they are saying to wait till 20th (14 business days).
For reference, I also used the Chase MS offer and the credit showed up in 4 days.
And as you said, Chase cutomer service was not of any help. They just aked me to wait the 14 days and to call back if I don't get the credit and they will investigate then.

as the customer, I would not have any idea that Samsung will charge each item separately and i'm under the impression that the chase offer works for my purchase.
Took 19 days (or 15 business days) from date of purchase to the credit showing up.

The charge date is 19th day or original date ?I am wondering if I will get the credit if I make a purchase today ? The offer expires on 7th Jan 2020
