I almost bit the bullet and completed the purchase... But this deal seems to come up every two weeks and I feel like patience will be rewarded with black Friday and Cyber Monday right around the corner.

Don't let me change your decision but every BF I seem to feel like the actual FP or 4+ rated threads are usually better... BF seems to be a let down since we're spoiled on SD.

That being said I'm in the same boat as you... building for a friend's PC and this is tickling my fancy. Probably won't but considering it.

Almost becoming a normal price for this card, considering I see this price at least once every two weeks. I like it by the way, recently installed one I've got from BB and it is well built, runs quiet and did not get hot at all in a well ventilated case.

Great deal on this card, it's comparable to the 2070, just a tad slower I believe. Plus I wanted borderlands 3 anyways so I couldn't pass up on this personally.

I was looking to buy a dual or triple fan card anyway, as I'm definitely going to overclock this card and the blower fan isn't very friendly when doing that. But I looked at last year's Newegg BF catalogue and they seem to discount AMD cards a bit more than Nvidia, and Amazon goes even further with that.

Same boat as you guys. Been watching my alerts like a hawk non-stop. Fingers crossed that our perseverance will be rewarded on BF. I'm shooting for 5700 XT or 2070 S tier.
