Have been able to in the past. Usually it is the initial charge when you sign up online.
The e model is plagued w/ battery issues. Go ahead and grab it off ebay if you really want that model. The price has dropped considerably for that model.
edit: a member informed me that international versions were the problem.
I was hoping that cricket was gonna have a better deal.
Wasn't it $300 for the s8 2 years ago, then $350 for the s9 last year, and now $400 for the s10.
I don't know if the yearly increase is b/c the MSRP going up over time or b/c cricket is not seeing a decline in sales even w/ the increase in price.
