Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Going today to try and do this deal. Currently have two iPhones to trade in that are currently on tmobile. My question is do I have to have a number open for 90 days for this deal to work? I see people buying iPhones from CL and Swappa and my question is can I just take my two iPhones there and add two new lines or will they pull the numbers off my current Sims.
I'm confused about the 90 day language.

If the the account is canceled with some remaining credits from the trade in phones, will a refund check be issued for the remaining credit balance?

Has anyone been able to access the support document? This was on the rebate page and I gave nit been able to connect. https://support.tmobile.com/DOC-2727

So theoretically If I buy the Iphone 11 Pro 256 GB in NJ
I pay at the time of purchase:
Phone Price: 1150.00
Tax (.07): 80.50
Total: 1230.50

Then I return my iPhone 7 and get 700 back.

Taking my net cost of purchase to 530.50 with no payment plan for the 11 Pro 256GB

If I buy the 11 128GB
I pay at the time of purchase:
Phone Price: 749.99
Tax (.07): 52.50
Total: 802.50

Taking my net cost of purchase to 102.50 with no payment plan for the 11 128GB.

Not a bad deal since I have 4 people at home with iPhone 7 and 7+

Simple Question: If I am an existing customer and just plan to use my existing lines am I eligible for this deal? Meaning just buy the phones and activate on existing T-Mobile lines.

Thanks!
No, new customer or adding new line on specific plan only.

You can cancel once you get the rebate. Don't start asking those types of questions to the kiosk rep, you will look shady

The value on the trade ins is low. For example, they quoted me $68 for my 7 (this deal is best trading in a 7 since they are lower value). So that credit can be used to pay your actual service. There really is no need to worry about 'remaining credits' and refunds.

Unless you are trying to do something completely different.

since there are so many experts here asking here ...
is it preferable to complete the tmobile switch in store or online? Do they charge like 20 for doing it in store?
If the phone you are trading is not in great condition ... is it preferable to do it online or in store?

Do I add the lines to my existing plan or new lines entirely? Is there no need to 'port in' a line that has been in use for 90 days?

They do not charge any type of fee such SIM card/upgrade fee. This is in store only, nothing online regarding trading. How bad is your phone? You don't want to risk such a big rebate. The rep checks for find my iPhone being off, water damage, good lcd. These get inspected again at Assurant. We don't know how vigorous their testing is.

Looking at the MasterCard virtual gift card website it states you need to use it online and by phone which is not ideal for me. Is there a way to deposit this in my bank or buy Walmart or other gift cards with it.

If you canceled lines in the pat 90 days you have to re activate them. No need to port numbers.

The trade in sheet I received totaled over $500 for the four phones. I would like to be able to recover the remaining balance if the account is canceled.

I took three connections in last week with 580$ promotion. One of the trade in device I used that time is iPhone 7. Due to lack of stock I am not able to take 4th line. Now for 4th phone I have 6s only to trade in . I have'nt sent my trade in devices yet.

So my question is "Can I change my Trade-in device details from the one which I took last week? So that I can take 4th line with iPhone 7 Trade in now"

And new numbers are entirely fine?

If you traded 6s the last deal was better it is only $500 now. Not sure if you can if you had traded a 7 or higher.
