Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

That's not a valid comparison. 2/3 months vs 24 months of cell service. By your own math, the other deal is better
Trading in an iPhone to Tmobile, adding a line, getting an iPhone w/ $750 in bill credits, and getting a free apple watch is not better than this deal

They get tighter and tighter. Between this year and last during 3 separate promos I got 3 iPhone XRs, 128GB by trading in 3 iPhone 6S phones and getting $750. Kept 2 and sold the third for $600+ profit. Looks like they've tightened the deal a fair amount.

Ok ordered 4 used boost mobile online which is arriving on Monday... How do I buy now at costco and make sure to not loose the promotion?
This is too risky if your local Costco has no stock of iPhone. You never know if they restock before promo ends.

Because this is a T-MOBILE deal. I've done this deal four times before. If the phone isn't under T-Mobile service, it's not going to work.
Does that mean it has to have active service? Or do you mean it has to be simply locked to T-Mobile? Because, if you buy one on line for trading in it's not going to have active service. Would that mean I'd have to buy one, activate it with a new number or something, and then trade-it in?

²question for people picking up iphone 7 from boost mobile with plan. Are you guys paying activation $28 and sim $20 fees also , per line
Try a different boost store that what is trying to scam you. You should only be paying the price of the phone, cost of service, activation fee ($15-$25), and tax for the phone.

You can trade in an iPhone from any wireless service, as long as it is paid off and iCloud unlocked. 6s gets $500. iPhone 7 and beyond gets $700

What is T-Mobile Connect?
T-Mobile Connect is a New T-Mobile prepaid plan offering that will be priced to benefit low-income Americans who struggle to afford wireless. It is available to everyone.

The $15 per month plan includes unlimited talk, text and 2GB of data.
For $25 per month, customers get unlimited talk, text and 5GB of data.
The plan also includes an Annual Data Upgrade every year after launch with an additional 500MB of data added every year (up to 5 years) - no action needed!
This plan will be available after the merger with Sprint is complete.
Cool as if I couldn't read the page I linked. What's your point? I'm pretty sure it makes no difference how you define a plan as in the end it's similar service with some upgrades being the yearly +500 in data and access to 5G.

Key point guys the tmobile connect if it goes live is available for EVERYONE!

Update on purple iPhone issue:

Got a call back from the T-Mobile rep I had spoked with yesterday. She told me that they are aware of the issue and are slowly adding the missing IMIEs. But they have been advised that it may take them till the 30th to get everything added. We tried to enter mine again with her on the line and it gave the same error.

She promised a call back on 2nd of Dec. She was hopeful that by then it will go through online. She assured me that if the online process didn't work by then, they will give an email address to send the Costco receipt and complete the process manually. Basically tried to convince me that there is no need to worry/think about returning to Costco. One way or another they will get it sorted.

Up to individuals to decide whether they want to take the risk, but given it is a widespread issue, I am gonna wait till early December and see how it goes. Fingers crossed.

Can you buy the cricket offer iPhone 7 for $120 and use it for trade in for $700 (since it's new I'd assume it'd get the max rebate) ...

Disappointing that they are having that whole "The device IMEI entered is not eligible for this promotion, please re-enter or contact 1-877-470-3619 for details." issue; not likely to get the rebate back as soon.

Supposedly going to get a call a month from now, but hopefully the "payment issue" (their reason for the issue) can be resolved before then so that the rebate can be submitted and the offer not be "on hold" because of it.

iPhone 11 Pro 64gb Space Gray by the way, not Purple anything.
