-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.

Also, I see on tmobile website said "Get iPhone 11 On Us when you switch & trade eligible iPhone". I don't see an end date for that promotion.
How much was the full retail price of that phone?
Buy a cheap iPhone 7 for around $100 and hope you can sell that 8 when you finish paying it off for at least $200-250
It ends on Wednesday, leaves room for a Black Friday promo.
Maybe a $750 gc. Maybe they allow the 6s to get the full rebate this time. Maybe they allow any rate plan tmobile customers such as simple choice

I personally currently have an iPhone X and the battery is starting to crap out. It will be 2 years since I had it this December.
I had to settle for an iPhone 11 pro 64gb.
I have to delete a bunch of pictures and apps that I don't use in order to be able to use the 11 pro.

1) I have an unlocked iphone 6s, seems like this deal gives only $500 compared to $580 until 11/20. So for iphone 6S this is not the best deal right?
2) can i take advantage of this offer as a brand new T mobile customer (no port in etc).
