Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Am I thinking correctly?? The sooner i ship out the phone for trade in, the quicker I can get the rebates. By the way, if it is possible to change the phone for trade in later, which I have already registered at the counter? The Customer representative said no.
Depend on the rep, I noticed from the previous deal that said you can ask them to reprint the trade in paper with the updated phone info.

Does the trade-in iPhone have to be paid off in order to get the rebate?

Just realized that after switching from AT&T to T-Mobile to get this deal, the address on my T-Mobile account is wrong(Thanks Costco!...) . Spoke to T-Mobile and they said only after 30 days can I get my address on file changed. If I were to submit the trade-in and rebate, I'm afraid that the rebate card gets sent somewhere else. Anyone know any solution or if perhaps I could get a digital rebate card?

Thinking of getting Boost iPhone 7 bogo for trade in. Any experience from folks? I read on an old boost thread on Sd that even though we buy a iphone from boost, they tag the phone's financial eligibility shows that it has 'UNPAID BILLS.
Anyone done this?

I read below comment on T-Mobile site. What does below comment mean? What is 24 Bill Credit. Is it applicable for Costco Deal as well?

---If you cancel your line before receiving 24 bill credits, credits stop and remaining balance at full price is due; if cancelling your account, you can contact us first to instead make discounted monthly balance payments----

They give you one time bill credit like for example the cost of my iphone x trade in was $250 they give you one time bill credit of $250 instead of monthly.

so you have 3 lines on 55+? I thought 2 is the max.
There was a brief period where they allowed adding a 3rd line to 55+. Not sure if it's still active

So in this case, they will give $700 if we trade iPhone7 for example?

They give Assurant paperwork including shipping instructions. There is a customer copy section and there it says Accepted Offer Value: $68. But we signed up for the $700 rebate. Is something wrong with it? (I'll ship my iPhone 7 - 128 GB)

If you trade in an ip7 they will give you one time bill credit for the trade in value of the ip7 and the rest of the $700 would be mailed
