-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans
-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.
-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".
-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.
-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100
-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.
-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get
-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.
-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.
-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
This is ABSOLUTELY wrong
ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

It's up to individual if they want to risk $700 rebate. I'm just gonna wait for 1 week and then return / cancel line if the issue is not resolved. I don't trust any rep assuring me that they will honor the rebate even if the issue isn't resolved, no.
I just talked to the rep of T-mobile promotion team, and I am told to wait for a couple of days to let the system recognize the promo as the code is quite new on their system. Also, she added that she put the note on my account that I was trying to register the promotion, so they can know it is not my bad once the thing goes wrong way.
If you want to make sure, just make a call to 877-470-3619. They will help.

exactly the rep assured me but it's same guy that didn't even tell me about Promo code and site. But he gave me shipping label to return. Little weird. I'm nervous sending cuz one of em has some small scratch scuffs in a little portion of the screen but other then that it can pass as new-used little

I've called multiple times and spoke with the rep and their supervisor. If they're telling you that the promotion is not active yet resulting in this error, that's BS. The issue is clearly with some color variants of the device, not the promotion. You can successfully submit rebate for iPhone11 BLACK 64GB. It's the purple color iPhone11 and I saw some notes in this thread that iPhone Pro Space Gray also has same issue.
The reps don't know nothing. I cross questioned them and they're like... let me see again. Heck, they didn't even know the promo details when I spoke with them.
Unless they fix the issue for these color variants, rebate is a big risk!!

1) When I send my iphone 7s for the trade in, do I need to send the phones with the SIMs or can I remove the SIM card from these phones?
2) How do I keep the numbers issued to me by Boost? If I don't renew my plan, do they just expire?
Thank you, Any help is much appreciated.
