Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.

Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.

And when we will get this one time credit in account?
That is what i'm being told. The trade-in value will be a bill credit after receiving a qualified trade-in phone and the rest will be a virtual prepaid card.

all depends how fast you send the trade in and your billing cycle time frame. Should be the first bill

People are saying that T-Mobile is having issues and errors on their parts and are trying to fix it.
I called and they said try again in a few days. Phones are eligible but there system doesn't have all the imei's yet.

Will they accept and iPhone 7 Plus that has a crack on very edge of the screen. Everything works fine and there is no other damages. With a case on the crack isn't even visible so it's at very edge of the screen. And does anybody now how much they would dock for such damage.
Would YOU buy a phone with a crack on it?

Guessing maybe not. So. maybe they will not accept. Nobody here really knows how touchy there are about inspections. Costco does NOT make the decision.

My wife and I have t-mobile and she has a 6s, however, we cant add a new line because the kids are too young for phone and we don't really need a backup line. Is there any way for us to get this deal so we can trade-in her 6s for $500 credit and get the Iphone 11? If we change plans from simple choice military to magenta military is that considered adding a new line?
