Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

So for one of the phone trade-in Assurant paperwork my rep missed a zero on the IMEI and I went back to get this corrected. All she did was to correct it manually adding the zero. Is this going to be ok? I'm afraid it will botch the whole rebate process. Help please!
The extent to which these guys are under trained are just appalling....

The "one-time bill credit" is that the monthly bill amount? So say I have the Magenta plus plan ($70 a month) and I buy 11pro with $700 eligible trade in. I'll receive $70 bill credit and $630 MasterCard?

So do I need to go back again and ask them to correct it in their system? They don't seem to be very helpful because of how busy it is all the time.. Any other way to correct this issue over the phone?

This IMEI is for the trade-in. Not the new phone.

I think it happened to me to. It's the difference between IMEI and MEID which should both be valid i think.

Another question. I opened 4 lines and will port 3 from ATT to TMobile. Do I need to port the lines before submitting the rebate online and use the ported phone number to avoid any confusion?

Just noticed this in the wiki, so I checked the Costco page. I'm not convinced you can exchange a 64GB phone for a 256GB one, for example. Am I reading this wrong?

4. No one in this thread has any secret insight if your local Costco will restock before the promo ends. If the phone you want is not available, you always have 90 days to exchange it (wait until after you receive the rebate). Just remember that if you buy an iPhone 11 128GB for $680 and you receive your Mastercard debit card for $680 and then decide to buy a more expensive phone, T-Mobile will probably not add $20 to your rebate debit card.

I looked at the Costco page https://membershipwireless.com/faqs and it states:

If I do not like my phone, can I return it?
Costco's return policy for cellular phones is 90 days from date of original purchase. Within 90 days you may receive a refund on the handset itself. However, if you cancel service outside of the 14-day carrier trial period you are responsible for any applicable fees (see carrier Cancellation Policy). All phone(s) must be returned in a complete, like-new condition with all accessories, box, and instructions. Within the 90-day period a defective/non-working phone may only be exchanged for the exact same model. Costco does not sell replacements for broken or damaged phones. Phones may not be returned or exchanged for a different model. All cellular phone purchases require either a new 2-year activation agreement or a qualified upgrade.

No iPhone 11 Pro Max's in St. Louis. South County store has two space grey in inventory in their system, but they do not actually have the phones in stock.
