Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.

Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.

Anyone cancelled their plan in three months after receiving gv in previous deals or will TMobile charge back?
Exactly what I want to do, get the trade-in bonuses, after the bonuses come in, cancel and move to MVNO avoiding EIP since buying from Costco

Just noticed that my trade-in iPhone 7 missed the last digit on the Assurant shipping Receipt (as well as Customer Copy part). I have not shipped the trade-in phone out yet. Should I add the last digit myself, or go back to the Costco store and ask the rep to re-generate a new shipping sheet?
They might have entered the MEID instead of IMEI. MEID is 1 number less than IMEI. (Last digit). It is ok. It will work.

I had done that before. I got the credit for the trade in. (Rep if it helps Smilie )

The last digit is ... well... extra. No big deal if they do not match.

As to phone having been in service before - it does not matter. They will refurb the phone and remove the sim.

Inventory - It changes OFTEN as people buy new phones, and new ones come from the loading dock.

I got 2 iPhone 11s and added a line with an additional line given for free.

If I cancel two of my old lines that I had previously that I got before this promo, will it affect any eligibility?
I don't really care about my old numbers and will just switch to the new numbers they gave me with the 2 new SIMs.

Haven't gotten any feedback on my question few days back. Asking for help again. Costco rep couldn't activate new TMobile account as the session he was opening the account got expired and when he was trying to open again it kept on saying existing account is there. He called TMobile customer care and have the account opened activated and added 4 lines and then processed the phones and trade ins as upgrades. How could I be sure if this went in smoothly ? Account opening, lines addition and phone purchase all are on the same date.

I am also looking for a procedure on how to return my 64gb for 128gb. Appreciate if anyone who has done a return and upgraded to more capacity to please share the procedure. What do we have to do without messing up the rebate?
Yes me too. Had no choice but to get the new phone with less memory than I normally have.
I called 9 of my location Costco and only Tmobile iPhones in stock are 64gb.
They said big maybe if/when they get more stock that it would mostly likely be after this promotion end date.

For those who bought pre-owned Boost phones that aren't paid off,
Quote from rampen :
Are you getting the below error from ting:

Sorry, this phone can't be activated right now. This device has not reached financial eligibility.
The Sprint account holder is the only one that can clear this balance with Sprint. If you have recently paid off your Sprint device, please ensure you allow 48 hours before checking compatibility.

If you bought the phone from a 3rd party you may want to ask for a refund.

What should i do in this case? Any one else have this issue...after buying from boost?
That's the exact problem I have and no one can tell me if there is a balance due on the stupid phone! Sprint gives me the message you posted and Boost told me, "The IMEI is fine and is ready to activate". So I'm HOPING that the Sprint(Ting) flag is coming up just because the phone is locked to Boost, not because there is a balance due. I can't decide if I'm ready to risk $700 on this...
