Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.

Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.

Supposedly Business unlimited plan is eligible, so it can't be that all business plans are not eligible.
It doesn't show any business plans on the eligible plans list. I don't know how the op found business unlimited info.

Received iPhone7 from Boost today but when I checked the IMEI, it is saying device has not reached financial eligibility. Same issue was posted and I spent some time on random pages but not able to know what is the action to correct this?. Is returning to Boost only option?. Please suggest. TIA

How to identify corporate boost store?
I called few today and all told me that there are no corporate stores for boost... Only dealer stores are there.
Go to the dealers that only sell Boost exclusively and don't sell other carriers. Those like to try to up sell you on things.

Just tried the chat and got this reply:
"Because of high demand of this item, I don't show accurate inventory in my system. Please contact or visit your warehouse directly for accurate inventory."
I got that before too. But tried again and the other rep provided it.

The rep should print all that out for you. Seems kind of shady.

With that being said, I did the last deal and added 4 lines. One label got destroyed and I had to call T-Mobile and they were able to email it to me.
Thank you, I was about to contact T-Mobile. But the rep finally email them to me. Phew.

Personally, I would not do that.

Save the money for the next deal

As I stated in an earlier post, I had a small business (sole proprietorship) account that was set up during a 2017 promotion . (At least two weeks ago, ) the Magenta for Business account was eligible to add new lines using this promo at Costco . It took me about 2 hours in. Costco, on the phone to T-mobile, bounced around to 5 agents, before we got the right person who changed my plan from the former business plan to the Magenta for Business one. It is a costing me about $48 more per month for the two new add-on lines , but now I get an $8 Netflix credit, that I did not get before.

If i go the tmobile route since i can't seem to find an iphone 11 near me, can i close my old number after 3-6 months and keep the newly activated line without impacting the credit from my trade in?
Yes. Rather move ur old number to GV. U can do that after u receive the rebate.

I know it says it don't ask but I wanna see if anyone took the gamble and sent in an iPhone with a cracked home button? mine still works but I literally just found out the wife's home button is cracked after we snagged an iPhone yesterday.

if they reject the trade, would they send it back? or would they give some arbitrary amount that I'm stuck with?

debating to return the phone and cancel all together because of this. any feedback is appreciated.
Arrange another trade in phone. Why risk the rebate.

Read the details in the paperwork they gave you. You are giving up ownership of the device. It will not be returned. There's an exception but good luck with that.

If item is not in stock, What's the downside of doing the $700 in bill credits. I see it's for 24 months bill credits. Does that mean one cannot cancel the line say after 1 year?
No, you are stuck with T-Mobile or this line for 24 months otherwise if cancelled prior bill credits stop
