Jeez...

-Simple Choice is NOT eligible. No, your account isn't special. It won't work. You have to change plans

-If you don't walk out of the store w/ the new Iphone in your hand, you will get bill credits. Which means you are stuck for 2 years and the extra you're paying for the line lessens this deal.

-Deal is $500 rebate for 6s phones, $700 for iPhone 7 and beyond. If you have an iPhone 6 or lower, you're getting no rebate. End of story. There are no loopholes or "what ifs".

-Phone screen can't be cracked. Not a "what about a little crack in the corner" comment. It will be rejected. Same goes for "what about a home button not working." Try it, but don't be surprised when it gets rejected. It's your $700 gamble. Stop asking if it will work.

-If your screen is cracked, get it fixed by a 3rd party place before sending in. It's typically less than $100

-Phone can be unlocked after 40 days w/ a request to Tmobile, and then used with any wireless service.

-Can't cancel line until you get your rebate; then go ahead and cancel or port out. Rebate takes 2-3 months to get

-Phone supports dual sim, so put your current ph# on the Esim (just go to a Tmobile store and ask) and the sim card with your new # in the phone. Yes, you can now have 2 numbers on new iPhones. Then you don't risk the phone # not being active while waiting for the rebate.

-If you want a cheap iPhone 7, look on the internet. Don't be lazy. Otherwise try a boost mobile store and read the "instore promo" offers on their website. Some are shady, so ask everything they're charging you for.

-Lastly, don't trust the Costco wireless reps. Hundreds of people here have done this and similar deals. They know better than any rep you will meet, as they've all done these deals.
Please make sure that you buy the phone outright, meaning limited colors and storage options.

My local store didn't have the iPhone 11 in stock and I was told I'd still get the GC rebate. After reading all the paperwork, when I got home, this isn't the case. Had to go back to cancel the line and wait for the phone shipment to arrive to go back and return that (which you have to mail yourself with the label provided). 2 weeks later, EIP is still on my account.
You are talking CRAP.....stop telling untruths.

This is ABSOLUTELY wrong

ANY listed phone, ANY carrier.....as long as its in good condition and not icloud locked

Where do you find this information? Costco website is still showing old date.
It indeed has been extended again. I just visited Costco this Tuesday and the associate who did my lines showed me posters. It's not advertised on their website though.

Is it extended with the same trade in terms? Or changing at all? Last time they said it extended it lowered the iPhone 7 trade in value.

I'm unsure. But some guy bought 8 phones in the same day so it's still a good deal I think. I'm going back tomorrow (Friday) and will get the details.

I literally just got a text messaging notifying me that the visa card for the line I added in November is ready. Woohoo!

All the phones I purchased at Costco have not been opened. Even though they've been activated, there's no actual usage on any of the new lines. I sold the phones and replaced the sim cards.

T-Mobile approved the rebate without the phone showing up on my account, just FYI.

Do you know what the trade in values are starting tomorrow? They had reduced the tradein for the iPhone 6s Plus to $450- is it back to $500? Thank you.

Received both "Device Recovery Credit-DIR" as $118 for 7 plus and $54(has to call as $59 was Costco estimate) for Iphone 7. Does this means they inspected & accepted the phone and will take upto 6 weeks for rebate card?
How do you check the status of the credit for the phone ?

That only shows if the rebate is received , doesn't actually show if the trade in was accepted and credit issued

It has one sim slot and a digital sim so yes dual sim but need to call/chat to get digital sim active on a line.
Thanks, will check.
So perfectly fine to have both sims (old sim for my iphone7, and new sim for new line) on this new phone after i made a few calls from this new phone/sim combo now?

How did you activate the iPhone without opening it? Does the IMEI show up for your phone line, if you go to Device-> check lock status ? If the phone is activated, it shows the IMEI activated for your phone number.

How is it possible.. they had denied my rebate when i did not switch on the phone.. later i had to switch on phone and then submit it again..

Did you sell those as tmobile locked phones?

Then perhaps it worked because the buyer must have switched it on
