    DeWalt sticks to 6pt only, 49% is straight sockets. provids a few deep sockets but not too many in the 1/4 size
    Kobalt throws in a lot of 12pt sockets with only 6pt deep in the 1/4 size.
    Husky provides deep sockets in both 1/4 and 3/8 variety, bigger selection in the 1/2 size but only 12pt

    The one that was $149 was actually a 270 piece set. I saw a stack of the 268 piece sets at HD that said hold for Black Friday.

    This was on sale during previous years' thanksgiving sale for $99, $129, $149,etc. This is as low as it has ever been according to previous slick deals. there are some 12-point sockets, but mostly 6-points, so that is good. It is $99 at my local HD, Might check it out.
