I'd have bought this if I wasn't looking at an mATX small formfactor build. This is just a little too large for me
The balance of 3600 + 5700XT is perfect if you want to play games at 1440p 144hz with no compromise, and stream a tiny bit as well. Literally no reason to get a 3700x unless you're trying to do something that needs those cores, or you're trying to stream at the highest efficiency (at which you should be going for nvidia's streaming codec instead)
Heres a Pcpartpicker list of the cheapest I could get it ($825), but its with a subpar PSU that I wouldn't really trust. Not including windows either.

The PSU and motherboard in the pre built are probably just as sketchy though.
Wooaaa slow down there that's crazy expensive . U can get a license and also have a nice lunch for $13. Those licenses are about 3 bux on eBay

$130 less and I didn't have to try w/ 2x the SSD storage and a better case.
if you aren't comfortable building a PC this is a good deal. If you have the knowledge or are eager to learn, build it
Edit: The Ryzen 5 3600 has regularly been on sale for 175 so you can realistically expect to pay about $750 for a build like this if you simply wait for common deals on the parts
Unfortunately without knowing the brand of PSU, that doesn't mean much. There are a lot of crappy gold rated PSU's out there.
