brownells has an ok price on the black packs, but its like 4.2 before rebate and 3.8 after. imo it isnt worth it. id rather get blazer which is that price almost all the time.
from everything ive read the black packs are mystery ammo. last year they were tested via chronograph and most matched the cci minimags, but had federal casing marks. but that doesnt mean that is what they will be this year. personally i dont like that it is mystery ammo. especially when 22lr varies so much.
