    I think this was $169 last time I saw this in-store but it hasn't been stocked there for a while now. I've been really wanting one of these since the system they installed in my new build lacks smart features (though it does have a remote rain sensor).

    I moved into a new home, I old fashioned system with 5 zones. Want to change it with Rachio 3. I am looking for Rachio 3 with 8 zones. Is there is any downside using 12 zones for 5 zones?

    Does anyone have a suggestion for a good rain sensor to work with this? My local water utility will give me a rebate if I install this with an actual rain sensor. Thanks.
