Watch your favorite shows with this Insignia 58-inch 4K LED TV. The screen measures 58 inches diagonally for an immersive experience and content that's easy to see from even the back of the room, while the 4K resolution offers detailed images. This Insignia 58-inch 4K LED TV has a 60Hz panel for smooth frame rates.
All other sizes in this UHD 4K TVs line up have really good reviews but this one only has two reviews, I can't find the manufacture date but I'm assuming it's relatively new.

I read on one's review comment though that it's a common issue on fire tvs and may have to do with the small storage size. Anyways, apparently the fix is clearing cache from os and apps...... Hope that helps

EDIT: I should add, my tv (2nd one , first one i warrantied out) has the audio issues about once a week. So far, we just plug in and remove a headphone from the jack and it fixes it. But the cache method sounds much better. Although my son thought he was a hot shot when he did the headphone thing and fixed it

I really like these settings especially since it brings out the white color much more so I wanted to share it. Hope this helps someone else.
And just tested the settings, it does pop out the colors just like the TV's on displays.
Not sure if these are accurate or would want to keep it in the long run.
But I will try it for a while. Thanks!

I would not recommend this fire tv in any size. Wi-Fi connects/disconnects while playing various streams. The same streams play just fine on my first version of the fire tv stick. Native Display quality is quite poor...display looks sharper and better when connected fire tv stick or roku is playing...
Fire TV reboots quite often while playing streams.
All in all, I would not recommend this fire tv. Just buy a stand alone tv and then use fire tv stick. Much better option.

The picture quality seems great to me. It's not OLED quality but it is better than most other screens around this price point (the regular price not sale price)

Has anyone else had the audio issue and/or what did you do to fix it? I have cleared out the cache on all the apps, and removed as many as I could. I did notice I only have 400mb of space left, so that could be the issue, but there is not much more I can uninstall on this. When the TV works, it is great however, lol!

I never actually used the TV speakers.

Some streams allow buffering and they would work with the TV since it does reconnect after 5-10s on its own. However, there are many other streams that just disconnects instantly which is very annoying. Also, buffering makes watching streaming quite annoying.
Read somewhere on Reddit that the wifi adapter in the TV gets hot and disconnects. Maybe a known issue.

I would like to try out ethernet connection. My TV is in on the 1st floor and WiFI router is on the 2nd floor. Any suggestions for LAN connectivity? Ethernet over powerline? Can I use lan connection from a 2nd router that is will act as a repeater to the main router? Any other suggestions for creating strong, reliable LAN connection?
Thx
