    Thanks for posting. I was looking to buy the spx3000 but this looks like a better design and CHEAPER!! I got the 3yr square trade warranty just in case.

    I am in the same boat but I just cancelled the added protection. It comes with 2 years and if you buy with a credit card many come with extra warranty at no cost.

    Non-standard 15mm connections, false PSI and volume, miniscule motor/pump. These cheapo units sell for this price all the time.

    If you are going with a small electric for convenience, then the Karcher 1700 or 1800 all the way. Karcher is the largest producer of pressure washers on Earth from these little cheapos up to 40,000 psi industrial rigs that are moved around with cranes. The Karcher has it's own motor design while almost all of the others use the same motor (one of the few electrics that actually maintains pressure at the gun between using it). The Karcher also has standard 14mm fittings that will work with every pressure washer fitting in the store, and it has a three year warranty from an actual pressure washing company. It will still be a weak rig for actual pressure washing, but they are great for car washing. They also spec out at 1700 psi like they say. The 1800 appears to be identical. Same specs in actual test.
