Notary and closing
Here is what you can expect or ask for from my experience:
1. New pen for signing wiped thoroughly
2. Pen stays with you after signing
3. Only material they will touch would be your ID
4. ID would be wiped and returned back
5. Can expect gloves to be worn
6. Signing can happen in your front yard or in your garage
7. If you have a Costco table then you can sit on either sides to maintain distancing
8. Masks might be recommended given new guidelines
9. Plus discuss with the notary!!

312K refi on 480K value without appraisal @ 3% for 15 years.
After $1670 credit I had to pay around $560 from my pocket out of which $310 was the interest for 15 days (section F).
Not targeted by AMEX, just clicked on link posted by OP.
I'm ready for round 2 with rocket or quicken 😎
You can ask for a appraisal waiver if your loan to value is low.
I actually locked in a rate with AXOS bank also

I havent received any credit yet but apparently its $2500, no other lender credit. Better gave me a lender credit of 587 dollars but with the higher interest rate it wasn't worth it. I did not have to pay appraisal deposit as i got that waived

$1670 + $2500 total credit.
$1670 credit helped me cover title fees.
No appraisal at all so, no appraisal deposit.

Its a no hassle process. Is this better.com deal any good ? do they jerk you around ? will they truly beat any other rate/deal ?
