You will deal with three agents throughout the whole process, at least for me. The agents are assigned based on geography I assumed. My final agent was a local person.

Thanks everyone!! Just closed on Saturday. 30 yr fixed refinance, 2.875%, 1.9 Points. $2,500 Amex Credit coming back. Better waived the home appraisal. After the $2500 back on Amex comes out to roughly 1.4 points. Maybe rates will go down and I'll regret fronting the interest upfront, maybe not. Time will tell. Best of luck to y'all.

Did your SoFi loan estimate has 1495 origination fees? On rates screen it showed me interest rate and apr same but loan estimate I got has different apr due to origination fees

What lenders are people using to get Better to match against...sofi, aim loan, and rocket? Any others? Luckily I didn't pull the trigger a few weeks ago on a refi because I didn't know about this offer until last night when I was in my Amex account online so preparing again to do an app blitz.

1495 fee yes but there is also a $1,094 loan credit, so basically net cost there is only $400

I closed on March 1st and have yet to get my 2500 credit. I read people got it under 4 weeks. Wondering if its only a matter of time or maybe I should give better.com a call.

I'm in week 11 post funding, no credit. I've reached out several times about the credit and they keep saying everything is fine. They won't act until after the week 12 window I'm told.
