I work with Better,com and wanted to see if you could please add in the following information to your post on Amex/Better,com deal as it reads incorrect as it stands, especially regarding eligibility. We want to make sure the offer is stated as accurately as possible:
1) Mortgage rates of any specific customer, stated or otherwise, should not be taken as indicative of a mortgage rate available to all customers. Pricing is based on a number of factors, including the individual credit profile of a potential borrower.

Heads up to all that this is likely a one-shot deal. Better has a stipulation (as do most lenders) that you cannot refinance with them sooner than six months from the close of a previous refinance. It has to do with clawback from the investors that buy the loan. Anyway, I'm guessing the AmEx offer won't be here in six months, so Better is likely a dead-end after you use this deal one time.

not sure where are you getting your info from. I just refinanced with them again after 10 weeks.

I used different email and amex credit card. I am not sure if Amex credit will post. Better matched the best offer I had and beat it by $1K so I decided to again refinance with them. Amex credit if posts will be icing on the cake.

I don't think different better account matters though as it is still showed previous loan when I log in with my other email. So it seems to recognize and combine the accounts.

Mine is tomorrow and i havent got any call. Also should i prepare something? Like id printouts,etc?

I called them before day and they wanted me send the 2 form of IDs. I SMSed them.
