Notary and closing
Here is what you can expect or ask for from my experience:
1. New pen for signing wiped thoroughly
2. Pen stays with you after signing
3. Only material they will touch would be your ID
4. ID would be wiped and returned back
5. Can expect gloves to be worn
6. Signing can happen in your front yard or in your garage
7. If you have a Costco table then you can sit on either sides to maintain distancing
8. Masks might be recommended given new guidelines
9. Plus discuss with the notary!!

But remember when something's too good to be true, it probably is. So pay attention to all details.
2.875% /15 yr for 300k loan with a+b+c - credits= -5k
Is that a decent Refinance deal to you?
Compared to 2.25 % that starts to get better in terms for total net interest paid only after 5th year.
Anyone who used them... at what point do they give the LE after applying? Via email, portal, or docusign type setup?
Going to try anyways. I'm currently at 2.375% / $2 points with my Better app, i'd love $1800 more towards me. My title search is taking FOREVER this 2nd time around. No reason too but i have checked in with my Better processing expert and he's very responsive but told me they are awaiting on it. From the same company that did my title search 5 months ago within 2 days. Its now at 21 days.

This beats radian and fidelity. My quote was 8% cheaper than radian. IF YOU LIVE IN TEXAS go for it.

I think that's solid. And the break even between the two would be more like 7-8 years when you take the time value of money into account.
