Having said that I think it is still a good deal. I love having a complete set of tools in one place that I know will have every socket I need to finish a project. On the other hand, These are very heavy duty tools, but be aware they are also VERY HEAVY. They will wear you out if you are going to be using them all day. Also the case is very heavy, so I often find myself reaching for a smaller set if I'm not doing a big job.
I love my 204 piece set, and would definitely recommend it. Both sets will probably last a lifetime, so I would recommend not dealing with the hassle of this cheaper set.

Is there a retailer that I can go to to make a claim or is it all mail in(pay postage)?
I don't believe so, warranty replacements are done via mail. That's what sucks!
