How much is an extra charger does anyone have an amazon link? Or what kind should I look for?
The charger tip is 5.5x2.5mm. The specs on the charger say it's a 19V, 3.42A charger.

There's a variety of no-name options. Here's a few (I don't recommend any in particular):

Does anyone have a link for the correct Sound blaster Connect file for laptop? I searched and found several available, but I'm not quite sure which one I need. Does it have to be for a Win10 computer? Thanks

I do the initial image so I have the configuration that the computer was shipped from the factory. Just a preference of mine. Doing the full reset then imaging will get you basically the same result.
While doing the system image did you also create a windows 10 repair boot USB recovery drive?

I got everyone in my family the R5 model and out of 12 of them 8 people are having issues. The QC on these things are really bad. My own personal one was perfect until today the screen completely stopped working. Had to exchange it tonight.

It's not going to change anything, the max speed is 2400 and a lack of RAM isn't what is bottlenecking the graphics performance

Ugh. That is not promising at all. I have one ordered and should receive soon. Not very optimistic about this purchase

You have to hold the power button down to wake it. Not just a single press.

Has anyone dual booted Linux with success? I have disabled secure boot and left uefi enabled. Am I doing it right? It can't seem to read the grub when it boots.

You probably need to change the boot priority in the bios. On the boot options tab, at the bottom of the screen is something like "UEFI hard disk bbs priority ". Go into that and make sure Linux is set.
