Thanks that worked! I found that linux mint and xubuntu worked well for this laptop, everything works out of the box, I'm trying both of them triple booted with windows 10. I tried MX, elementary, manjaro, but have issues. Now I'm curious if I can install a hackintosh with this.

I have the R3 version. Used it with the orig 4GB RAM it is was pretty laggy. I upgraded to a 16GB stick and it seems to do much much better.

The only issue I have is when I'm on Chrome, specifically on Reddit, with the auto play gifs and content, Chrome will get hung up and freeze the computer. Doesn't happen all the time, probably 3 or 4 times in 5 days of use. For whatever reason, I don't know if it's the GPU or what but this laptop sometimes does not like graphics intensive webpages. I usually hold down the power button for about 5 seconds to turn off the PC. Booting up is never an issue. It's a little annoying but certainly not bad enough to make me return it. Love the form factor.

Hi everyone, has anyone found a good computer sleeve that fits this computer? I tried an Amazon Basics sleeve for a 13.3" computer and there was a little bit too much room, I suspect a 12.5" would be perfect but Amazon doesn't carry such a size, the next smallest they have after 13.3" is 11.6, but I don't know if that would be too small or not.

Such a nice screen in such a small laptop body, I want to keep it safe lol

Edit: My laptop measures 32.1cm x 21.3cm x ~2cm (12.6" x 8.4" x ~0.75"), so if you're also looking for a sleeve, this may help you

look at the volt amp output info on the power brick that comes with the motile. W=V*A

I'm receiving a 65W USB-C charger and a USB-C to 5.5x2.5mm adapter on Monday, will post the test result here then.

I firmly believe that popular sites use JavaScript to mine cryptocurrency using millions of computers. Just look at their html source, at all the JS code they run, there's suspiciously humongous amount of compex mathematical calculations going on there. What for? To manipulate html for dynamic pages? Unlikely that it needs so much math. Playing videos and animated GIFs in ads is a piece of cake for modern processors, that alone cannot load CPU 100%, yet many popular sites use all of your computer's CPU power. Chaching! $$$
