Generally speaking, when someone talks about a videocard being unstable, whether that's an AMD or Nvidia card, you have to take it with a truckload of salt. There are a lot of factors that can go into an unstable system when installing new hardware (especially GPUs), and it's often user error. I'm not saying that's necessarily the case here, but it's something to keep in mind. That's not to say you couldn't get a bad card, because that can definitely happen.

Yep, it's almost 2020 and they're still using insecure http. Something else to keep in mind.

A heads up, it's possible to get a 580 with 8gb ram for about $110-120 used on ebay. There's a lot of them. Yes, USED, but worth mentioning because it's so close and that extra ram may be worth it.

On that note. I don't think I will every buy an AMD card gain after my experiences with the 500 series. Unreliable crashy trash.

RX 570 is still probably the best 'bang for the buck' graphic card (for 1080p) gaming you can get. It's just a powerhouse for the price.


The Microsof 3 month PC gaming pass bundle is really good.
