    It's actually a nice little tool, but yeah this isn't a great deal. Free shipping is nice I guess. They give these away when you apply for a Cabela's credit card.

    New store openings also. Free for the first 250 people or something like that, then they hand out the t-shirts and hats.

    I agree it's nice, but dont let them get wet. Left mine on the deck of the boat while it rained and now it's hard to open. I've applied white grease and it barely helped.

    Nope. Liquid wrench followed by white lithium grease. I wanted it to be lubed longer than what WD40 does, unless you mean WD40 Penetrant which is a copy of Liquid Wrench. Smilie

    Didn't even realize I had a Cabela's account (or just a linked address?) until I signed up for one after placing the order today, but it seems I bought another one of these back in 2013 for $3.99 and there wasn't tax back then. I recall rusting the thing out after fishing and never bothering with it again since it was extremely stiff to begin with. If I can still find that one I'll try to clean it out and lube it up.
