That's the HD01, not the HD01 UV or the HD01 Pro.
But if you do want the HD01 (which is the oldest model), there are no differences between the colors. The price difference is likely due to inventory differences.

altho the green laser is cool, what are the upsides to having this? There are two very bad things that can accidentally happen with this green, which may outweigh any "scientific" slickdealer uses

Green is the most visible laser... so, you could burn your eyes out (not recommended), but they're useful for pointing things out at meetings, classrooms, across wide spaces, and more niche but very cool to point stats out in the sky (you don't see the dot, but you can use the line to indicate things for a whole group of people!).

I wanted to have an integrated active Cooling fan, something that spins along the body of the flashlight blowing onto the head, maybe we can put a green laser shining out the back, maybe some RGB flood lights on the side, it would be awesome if it could blink Amber, or blink red, two useful colors for if you're biking, to let's just include a bicycle mount so it can be shined off as a headlight and also use those silly fold out flood things for more visibility

The HD01 has a green laser. The HD01 UV doesn't have a laser but has a UV light. And the Pro has both laser and UV.
