This was posted before, for $3.00/qt, looks like they increased the rebate to $3.75ea, making them $1.99
It's Menards. so the " rebate " is store credit.

Ms Soz is WRONG. Menards does not distinguish between cash, charge or rebate check. I have been doing it with them for the last 30 years.
Besides, the rebate form would need to explicitly state what form of payment is unacceptable.
My problem is I forget to bring the thing with me when I stop in.
and it keeps track if you don't use all of it on that visit

I'm referring to paying for items with a rebate & then filing a rebate on an item you paid for w/rebate. If you used a Menards rebate to pay for a quart of oil & go mail off a rebate for this individual rebate then it may be honored but don't expect the 11% off on that item they will not give you the rebate. Perhaps, Individual item number rebates do qualify for rebate, when purchased w/rebate, such as an item in this post. But I do believe at least the 11% off promo's do not allow 11% rebate on items purchased w/rebate.
Basically, you can't expect a 11% rebate at least w/items purchased with a rebate. Again, Individual rebates may still be honored w/paid for by rebates but 11% off rebates, in my experience, doesn't go through.
It seems the OP is asking about using rebate on an item that a rebate is available. You can use your rebate to buy the item & they may honor the rebate on top of that. Their 11% off promotions they have once in a while are treated differently in my experience. I know this post isn't about the 11% off just talking out loud a bit.
So, 11% vs Individual Rebates is what I'm referring to not paying for an item w/a rebate. I'm still interested & would like to know if anyone buys item's w/rebate & receive the individual rebate. Everytime I file for a 11% off on an item I paid for w/rebate they do not give me rebate on that amount.
