Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 5W-20 (5 Quart Jug) full synthetic motor oil $16.24 at Wal Mart. Free ship to store or 2-day shipping over $35.

I've been tracking the price daily, as it was on sale for $19.99 during Black Friday weekend, then went back to $24.99 after Cyber Monday. This is the cheapest I've ever seen it. NO REBATE REQUIRED!

Amazon dropped it's price to $19.10, but that's still much higher. It was $24.99 a couple of days ago.

I just used this motor oil on my last oil change interval, and it's been excellent. Oil still looks good after 12,500 miles. With Mobil One Extended Performance, I used to get a slight tick towards the end of the OCI.

Then do it yourself.

After a few times it should take you around 20 minutes to drain it, replace the filter, refill the reservoir.

That's not horrible. At least they used a quality oil. Normally oil and filter is $30-$40. So $20-30 in labor isn't unfair. You get to relax and stay clean. 😉

Thanks for sharing! I bought it on Amazon with 15% S&S and it was about the same price as Walmart.

Lazy. Do the change yourself. Small things like that should be your job. Saves for the big things that need lifts.

Yes. I've recently switched most of my cars over to Pennzoil Platinum from Castrol. The Castrol has been good, but I've been seeing great oil analysis results out of the Pennzoil.

People don't perform labor for free, next time do it yourself. $60 for full syn oil change is good.
