I got the PS2 when I was 9 years old and I completely skipped the PS1 era of games. When I got the PSC this is the first game I played and it's so much fun! Good music, smart game mechanics, etc. If they updated this game for the modern era with online play and custom levels I think it would still be popular in 2019.

Definitely better than Gamestop deal due to free shipping. Glad I waited on pulling the trigger on GS deal. I had added a gift card to reach $35 minimum.

The comments regarding modding and being able to play so many games got me to buy this.

I actually got in on the gamestop deal yesterday. I ended up adding 2 playstation classic bluetooth controllers for 11.99 each so it worked out to just over $40 for the free shipping. I already own one and I can tell you it's been worth way more than that once you mod it. I even brought it overseas with me to play on TVs in hotels etc... it's small so it's super portable as well. Buy one now!
