ELIGIBILITY. To participate, you must be at least 18 years of age at time of entry and an FCC licensed US amateur operator or the legal guardian of a minor who is so licensed. Due to restrictive laws in many countries, this promotion is only valid within the United States, its territories, and possessions. Winners located outside of the 50 states but within a territory or possession will be responsible for all applicable freight charges. Entries with insufficient or inaccurate information will be disqualified. This promotion is VOID where prohibited by law. If you enter a club callsign, you may not enter, on the same day, the callsign of the trustee or another club callsign for which the same person is the trustee.
