We rented Goodfellas in 4K HDR a few months back to watch on our LG OLED, and it was an absolute terrible transfer. I thought it was due to the compression by the streaming service at first, but after checking online reviews of the UHD bluray, I confirmed it definitely wasn't due to compression or anything. Reviewers noted that the 1080p version looked much better than the 4K transfer. Thought I'd share that...
Grinding Nemo?!
PSA: Be careful, some of the movies do NOT have 4K options like Murder on the Orient Express and Grinding Nemo (aka Shape of Water). Also check for Movies Anywhere inclusion unless you want it trapped in Google's woeful ecosystem.

Extremely! Definitely worth it for this price. I would buy if I didn't have. The colors are rich and vibrant. The movie was made for 4k.

I don't remember, if it's a MA eligible title, does the 4K transfer also? Or will I get just hd on other platforms?

The 4K will transfer if the other platform has it in 4K. Say if VUDU only has the HDX the 4K won't be able to transfer. Just double check the other platform has it!

Edit: I want to know if there is a way to buy the 4K if I own the HD in both platforms (Google and VUDU)

MA registers 4K purchases as 4K*, but it's up to a specific service to actually have it. I've got several 4K movies bought at iTunes which are only HDX at Vudu. Some eventually update to UHD like my iTunes copy of District 9 bought Nov. 20, 2018 converted from HDX to UHD at Vudu on Dec. 11, 2019. I had to chase Vudu down to upgrade my copy of X-Men DOFP - The Rogue Cut to UHD when that converted; Fox movies frequently lag behind.

*Unless you gift yourself a 4K rebuy at iTunes; those stay HD at other MA services.

Vudu does give you the option to purchase the 4k but not Google Play. Just go to the movie and select the buy option, it should show you the 4k price and you'll be able to buy it.
