Thanks to g725s for the Spec sheet comparisons with the Dahua OEM and Security King models - look the same, g725s also chatted with Security King customer service and looks like a solid Dahua OEM 2MP starlight camera

Let us know if you see any US vendor with the newer 4MP 1/1.8" sensor models.
Note - Security King does have the 4MP 1/3" sensor model listed as "overstock" - though I highly recommend not getting the 4MP with the 1/3" sensor.
from the spec sheet:
"Micro SD card memory, IP67, PoE"
So they are well rated. Of course, you would need to appropriately install them to minimize water intrusion. ( iirc I've posted notes on that in various past deals here and there are notes at ipcamtalk on it... )

note: If these were outdoor rated Dahua OEM 2MP starlight PTZ cameras for <$150 I would have bought them all out and started a business selling them on Amazon...

Depends on what you want.
1) Nelly's has got a good reputation for customer service.
2) I did not see much detailed specs on the camera, so hard to even compare with the limited specs
3) I have not seen any direct comparisons between the models or related models
4) uncertain of the OEM for that Nelly's camera. Thus uncertain which NVR would be best to combine the 5MP nelly's camera with. ( of course if you're using Blue Iris - should not be an issue as it is ONVIF .. yes, you want to check the ONVIF profile and see just how "ONVIF it is" )
So - from what I know, I would expect the 5MP camera from Nelly's to do well in well lighted conditions, and the 2MP camera from Security King ( Dahua OEM ) to do better in low light conditions.
In general ( again hard to really know without additional info ):
This 2MP better in low light vs the typical 8MP and 5MP cameras I've seen reviewed.
The 8MP cameras often perform better in daylight conditions
The 5MP cameras are between the 2MP and 8MP cameras - better in low light vs the 8MP 1/2.5" sensor cameras, not as good in full daylight ( lower res ) compared to the better 8MP cameras.
The 8MP w/ the1/1.8" sensor cameras I do like, as they perform well in day light - and while not as good as many of the 2MP and 4MP starlight/starlight+ models in low light - they do significantly better than the 1/2.5" sensor 8MP cameras.
