Jet Airways Bankcrupcy and getting refund

Jet airways went bankrupt earlier this year.
I had a their ticket booked with Priceline worth 5k.
When Jet Airways 'temporarily' halted all their flights on 17th April, Priceline called me and asked to cancel the ticket saying I will receive full refund.
I foolishly (my second mistake, first being booking Jet Airways ticket) trusted them and kept on waiting / calling Priceline /Jet Airways. Priceline would say that they have processed from their end, initially Jet told me that I would receive refund on so and so date but it never came and then there was no one to talk to.
After waiting for 3.5 months I went to my bank. (extremely foolish of me, I am an active slickdealer, use CC benefits all the time for even 5 bucks, but missed on this huge amount). This ticket was booked with Barclay's (another badluck, as it seems Barclay's is worst for helping customers with Bill disputes). I did ask if I am too late, but I was told to file. When I filed for bill dispute, I got provisional credit and I relaxed (third mistake). Barclay's never asked for any supporting documents, untill almost after two months, when I was asked to fax documents within 2 days. I was not as stressed as I should have been (third mistake) and took more time to send the documents. By that time, Barclay's had ruled in favor of Jet Airways, as they had claimed that tickets were 'utilized'. I re asserted ny claim, sent documents proving that flight never took off, but then Barclay's told me, I should have had filed the claim within 60 days.
Now I am trying again with Priceline, they said they would get back in a week but meanwhile I am extremely stressed about loosing 5k.
Any advice? Any chance that I can not loose these 5k?
As Priceline had told me before that I would get full refund (without any conditions) are they obliged to refund me?
Barclay's, shouldn't they have told me about being late the day I filed. Especially first time when they ruled in favor of Jet Airways. What I feel, is they can't get response from Jet now and thus they used the caveat to escape.
Thank you for your time and sorry if this is not the correct place to ask these questions.

If you have your correspondences of your cancellation and refund from priceline, you should engage with them as proof.
Also, continue with Barclay, asking to re-consider the new supporting documents.
If you ask me, the credit card company should have refunded you via dispute in your favor. You ended up paying for a product/service your never receive. This is exactly the assurance the credit card companies stand behind.
lastly, stop using that card.
You should have emailed them at the least so you have some proof unless you have detailed notes of dates/times and who you spoke to.
if the 5K was so important why did you wait?
dayum.
But yeah, definitely my mistake.
I do remember dates and such.
And am planning on calling Priceline and barclays at least once a week to see if anything can happen.
Thanks for your comments.
