Wow 6 capsules and not even 5g creatine? I think I'll stick with my powder
Creatine is useful for specific kinds of training. If you aren't really lifting heavy weights then you're not going to see an increase in mass from creatine supplementation as it's not using the same energy system to produce the energy requirements.

Are you struggling to finish each set with a weight that is progressively overloading your system? Is the range you're using under 15 reps (generally 12 is even better)?

As far as water weight goes, are you eating a ton of meat (meat contains creatine) as well?

Creatine works by adding creatine phosphate (CP) to attach to ADP (adenosine di-phosphate) which is what happens when ATP (adenosine tri-phosphate) breaks down during strenuous lifting. The creatine phosphate (CP) attaches to the ADP and turns it back into ATP so your muscles have the energy for the next set. The creatine itself does nothing for strength gains since you have to lift the extra/heavier weight to have the gain in size or strength. That ability is now there since ATP is ready to go instead of ADP which can further break down to AMP (adenosine mono-phosphate) as you continue to put stress on the muscles and, in turn, you have less chemical energy to lift heavy weights.

This is a very, very basic breakdown of how it works but I think a lot of people mis-understand how/why creatine even works.
100% false. One of the most no-brainer supplements for people who lift.

Nice deal.. I've been using these for 3+ months, and see no changes in muscle mass (daily weight training). However, they DO make you retain water.

3-4g most days is all you need. If you're retaining water, then you're stuck in the 90s and doing it wrong.

Don't know about you guys, but 6 pills is a lot. I used to take BCAA Pills and it was 3 pills a day. Was inconvenient for me. I prefer a powder.

Seriously? I was stuck at the same weight for 3 months. Started creatine and increased my dumbbell press by 25% over the course of a month.
