This has been posted multiple times. I actually bought it for 29.99 but ended up returning it. Here's the thread I posted. The tent is really small. It best fits 2 children under 10. It's great for when your kids wanna camp in the backyard (or in the house) but to use with boy scouts or some kind of full fledged camping expedition, it's way to small. Put it this way, the kids this is designed for probably need adult assistance or may even be scared to sleep without an adult present. This is to small for an adult so you're kind of stuck and will probably end up buying a larger tent which makes this purchase somewhat of a waste. The sleeping pads and chairs are nice, my only gripe is the tent is a little too small.

Also purchased and gave as a Christmas gift. Concur with NickyMaur's assessment. Kept mine because my kids are little and the backyard is my intended use.

Hi all,

I am inexperienced as to how camping stuff works. My backyard is all cobblestone and doesn't have any dirt. Will this tent work for me? If not, can someone suggest a tent that doesn't need to have a tent stake to the ground? I am thinking I can have weights put on the inside of the tent so it doesn't move. This is just for fun in the backyard for my kids. Any constructive suggestion is greatly appreciated. TIA

I got this a little while back. My daughter is only 2 1/2, so this is really fun for her. We actually haven't even set up the tent yet, but she uses the chairs a lot and the sleeping mats are fun for play mats in her room. I like it a lot.

Good deal is different than best deal. Pretty sure $80 off at 66% discount off a decent deal. Troll logic it seems.

Hello, this tent will work anywhere, the quality of the sleep you get will depend on what you're laying on. The sleeping pads will work well, they're actually pretty good. Stakes\weighing a tent down is so the tent doesn't blow away (or wash away). They are always a good idea but if you're just in your back yard and it doesn't get gusts of wind you should be fine. Also as long as there's heavy items in the tent you should be fine (ie your kids).

BTW, this reminds me of a joke...Trampolines are the easiest thing to steal. Just do it during a storm. When the person realizes the next day it's gone, they're not going to come looking for it out of fear of what they might find.

How do they get 3 persons? They must mean really, really young kids. 7'x5' is too small to even fit three 5yr olds. This is probably big enough to fit 3 toddlers comfortably.

Is this recommended to bring to the beach for two toddlers? Is it easy to carry?
