To me it is as it's 5V/2amp in. Output is fine for the price at 5v/2.4 max per port (1 port in use). Honestly, If I didn't already have 3 PBs I wasn't using I'd buy it due to the light laugh out loud

(edit: As an example this charge speed matches my slowest charging PB the Anker Astro E3 10k that was $17.49 from amazon on 2/27/2017, this one is better because the max output is 4.5amps when using both ports, the anker maxes out at 3amps and lacks a flashlight feature...)

Is it use fast charge to charge w a Samsung 2.0 fSt charge wall charger?

I own the 13000 mAh version I bought a few years back and it's been fantastic to keep in the bag and charge multiple devices on the go. Always have it around for backup. In for 1.
